Sarah and I were both lucky to have grown up and raise our own family in this beautiful small town.  For 32 Years we have called Havelock home and we  want others to come experience it's splendid candor.   As owners and operators of a local Project Development/Design company we have had the opportunity to build strong bonds with local businesses and trades people.    After building our own dream home utilizing local trades and businesses our motto for Havelock Lakes was born: "Building Communities with the Community".  So many subdivisions outsource their work to the larger cities and we wanted the town of Havelock and its wealth of quality tradespeople to benefit on the expansion of this little town with charm.  We use local suppliers and offer our potential home owners  a more modern home with superior quality,  all sourced by local businesses and tradespeople. Now that is unique.
